We produce DIN 06B sprockets from 45# steel. Black oxide surface treatment is available to boost wear and rust resistance. Each sprocket tooth is precision machined to fit B series roller chains perfectly. Smooth meshing cuts down friction loss and extends both chain and sprocket working time.
This sprocket works well with existing B series chain systems. If your old sprocket is worn out, you can directly replace it without changing the whole chain. It helps you save maintenance cost and reduce machine downtime.
