Product Description

We make extended pin short pitch conveyor chains out of stainless steel. These chains can keep stable performance when temperature changes, and resist corrosion under damp or mild chemical conditions. We start with stainless steel raw coils. Chain plates are stamped first, then we deburr all edges and carry out heat treatment inside our workshop. Extended pin length can be adjusted according to customer drawings, to fit different fixture mounting requirements on conveyors. Our base chain dimensions follow ISO standards. After stamping, we check plate flatness and pin hole tolerance one by one. Good pitch accuracy allows the chain to run smoothly with low friction even for long continuous working hours.
