Products Description
Industry sprockets, also known as chain wheels or gear wheels, are key mechanical components used to permit the transfer of kinetic energy from one machine to another. As the most fundamental element of a transmission drive system, sprockets come in a variety of shapes and designs tailored for specific industrial applications; the most common being conveyors.

ANSI

DIN

JIS
There are three primary standards for the production of industrial sprockets: ANSI (American National Standards), DIN (Europe Standards) and JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard). Generally, sprockets of different standards are customized to match the corresponding chains. ANSI and JIS sprockets are designed to fit with Type A chains while DIN sprockets fit with Type B chains.
Standard industry sprockets use either basic steel (C45) or stainless steel (SS304). Depending on the operational environment, material can be customized to create tougher and more wear-resistant variants of the standard sprockets. Alternatively, bearings, seals and other components can be added upon request.
Industrial sprockets are used in a variety of industries ranging from shipbuilding to automotive. Due to their adaptability and customizable features, industrial sprockets are immensely versatile, with the ability to serve a wide range of applications, from large heavy-duty applications to small precision components.

Sprockets can be manufactured in small quantities all the way up to mass production, making them suitable for machines with high throughputs and large-scale products. Furthermore, their robust construction allows for the sprockets to perform high-speed operations without compromising their strength and thermal resistance.
When it comes to efficient and reliable energy transmission, industrial sprockets prove to be one of the most reliable and versatile components in modern machinery. They are widely used in a variety of applications, up to and including many of the major industrial processes. With customizable materials and designs, they provide industry with a dependable means of transferring kinetic energy with accurate performance, superior durability and cost-effectiveness.
