Factory Upgrades Heat Treatment Process to Improve Sprocket Wear Resistance
To further improve product quality and durability, the factory has recently completed the upgrade of the sprocket heat treatment production process. Through the introduction of more precise temperature control and stable quenching and tempering technology, the surface hardness, wear resistance and overall service life of all standard and customized sprockets are significantly enhanced.
Heat treatment is the core process that determines sprocket durability. Conventional processing may result in uneven hardness, susceptibility to tooth wear and short service life under high-load, dusty and continuous working conditions. Following this process upgrade, the sprockets achieve uniform tooth surface hardening, a stable hardness range, stronger impact resistance and reduced friction loss.
The optimized heat treatment process ensures that the sprocket surface maintains high hardness while the core toughness remains balanced. This effectively resolves common problems such as tooth skipping, tooth wear and deformation during long-term operation.
